I've played 4 sessions of futbol (each over 90 minutes, twice on day 1 of this week) moved firewood, taken down vines, ran a 5k+, did hundreds of push ups and so many russian twists, gladiator squats and mountain climbers a plenty - but the rest day is tomorrow thank God for that, zero exercise mañana!
