Bros

I don't typically work on Sunday's, I figure a day of rest is a good thing, but I was so inspired
(read - took my meds) that I had to.

The folks over at official.fm did a nice upgrade to their site and now I could give you this cool playlist.

This is for you my bros (and sisters), a nice fat playlist featuring you.

This is how we do it (part four)

Wanna stay fresh?
Wanna break the mold?

Do the unexpected.

Last night that was an impromptu session with Mr.P. ... and finally got Dan Moorad on vocals.
Dan brought Esar Tehrani, who did drums on this stem (Mike Did guitar).

Don't tell anyone but this may be bonus material on clean slate.

The how-to is the comes in when you find yourself transitioning from headphone space to live space.
Everyone wants to be heard, and you just want the recording to be balanced and on.

Crazy kids and their rock music.
... Being irresponsible.
Enjoy.

golden apple medicine

... I broke the norm tonight and reached out and found new friends.
All glory to God.

Drums - Michael Person
Guitar - Esar Tehrani
Vocals - Dan Moorad

From 322 on 1/4/12
... A most enchanting session.

Savage Burn Across Town ( role Kernel Panic remix)

Dan Moorad passed me this CD that him and Mr. P made.

Mr. P aka Michael Person aka Chip Person was in Double Nickels and Jaguar Mountain.

So Dan was all feverish sipping Coca Cola at the Righteous Room on 9/9/11.
He said "Listen to track 5" so I did.

I immediately got some ideas.

First take was on 7/11 but I wasn't crazy about it and wanted to redo but it was study week (so weak, sigh) so I had to wait till 9/15 to do it proper.

Mike's guitar is all in B and Dan sings like David Yow.

I could have easily made it all Texas Toast sounding but decided to take it Berlin ala Barcelona.

Lyrics? God only knows. Dan swears he's got them written down.

merest woes
