wait for me
süße (Thundering isolation)
... I digestively broke down the creation of this track here.
... the vocals were only fitting, given the whole insight into creation theme:
Let there be light—and light appeared.4 God was pleased with what he saw. Then he separated the light from the darkness,5 and he named the light
Day and the darkness
Night. Evening passed and morning came—that was the first day.
... the vocals were only fitting, given the whole insight into creation theme:
Genesis 1
The Story of Creation
1 In the beginning, when God created the universe,[a]2 the earth was formless and desolate. The raging ocean that covered everything was engulfed in total darkness, and the Spirit of God[b] was moving over the water.3 Then God commanded,Let there be light—and light appeared.4 God was pleased with what he saw. Then he separated the light from the darkness,5 and he named the light
Day and the darkness
Night. Evening passed and morning came—that was the first day.
6-7Then God commanded,
Let there be a dome to divide the water and to keep it in two separate places—and it was done. So God made a dome, and it separated the water under it from the water above it.8 He named the dome
Sky. Evening passed and morning came—that was the second day.
Let there be a dome to divide the water and to keep it in two separate places—and it was done. So God made a dome, and it separated the water under it from the water above it.8 He named the dome
Sky. Evening passed and morning came—that was the second day.
9 Then God commanded,
Let the water below the sky come together in one place, so that the land will appear—and it was done.10 He named the land
Earth, and the water which had come together he named
Sea. And God was pleased with what he saw.11 Then he commanded,
Let the earth produce all kinds of plants, those that bear grain and those that bear fruit—and it was done.12 So the earth produced all kinds of plants, and God was pleased with what he saw.13 Evening passed and morning came—that was the third day.
14 Then God commanded,
Let lights appear in the sky to separate day from night and to show the time when days, years, and religious festivals[c] begin;15 they will shine in the sky to give light to the earth
—and it was done.16 So God made the two larger lights, the sun to rule over the day and the moon to rule over the night; he also made the stars.17 He placed the lights in the sky to shine on the earth,18 to rule over the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God was pleased with what he saw.

This is how we do it (FIN)
This will be the final installment of the how-to's -
gotta leave some mystery!

So just now on this rainy saturday in the ATL,
I layed down a CTK-611 beat with some thick p-bass,
I'll show you the layers inside this post as I add 'em.
I use my bare right big toe to alter the beat as I'm cruising the bass, like a hunta.
Thundering isolation (D &B demo)
On a related note, I love thunder... I love it when my God displays His power, flexin'.
Next up, novation.
I haven't seen thing on any pitchfork/Kompakt/Fader videos, and I'm glad - it's so rad.
- and since I don't see it in use, I know I'm getting pretty unique synth sounds.
I'm just now getting to where I want to use the editor and make custom sounds, the defaults have carried me for almost 6 months of nearly daily use!
Did I mention I totally love blogger?
I know tumblr is where the kids are, but blogger is so feature-rich, it's the OG... and it's got google power, which means I can get it to you faster!
PS - The whole, Dan/Mike/Esar thing may be dormant and that's ok. Love those guys but there may be a fundamental direction that is different.
If I ever get in a mega-group (3+ players) I want it to be along the lines of this:
Ok, ciao - time for some synthesizer feathering!
The final composition could definitely make it to Analog signal.
NEXT LAYER
about 30 later...
Thundering isolation (layer 2 demo)
Here you can here the Novation in 8-bit megalead,
accompanied by the ikaossilator, doing some wobbly.
gotta leave some mystery!

Good sam
Here's another track that was made during the Clean slate era;
but just didn't make it to the drop.
Good sam was something of an internal turning point.
A point where I really let go and realized I can do nothing without God
If you have the option to do something else or believe something else, by all means; I am not trying to persuade you.
Some of us were chosen and some weren't.
The Lyrics may be familiar, the are eternal.
- This is found on Analog signal, as of yet work in progress.

Good sam was something of an internal turning point.
A point where I really let go and realized I can do nothing without God
(so I might as well trust that He loves me and follow Him all my days).
If you have the option to do something else or believe something else, by all means; I am not trying to persuade you.
Some of us were chosen and some weren't.
The Lyrics may be familiar, the are eternal.
Psalm 23
A psalm of David.1 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.

This is how we do it (part five)
In this how-to we explore how to hold back.

... so you get a great groove, everything's on, here we learn:
Don't over do it (too many layers usually means your covering up.
That could work, but nothing is better than clarity of signal, especially when working on Analog signal).
Wait for it.
So you can't finish it up in a day, what's the rush? There's never enough time to do it right the first time but always time to do it again.
Don't go all ape posting.
Wait for it.
Here's the You don't need 'em vocal demo.
You won't find this anywhere but here (and maybe as a hidden on the album?)
Here's the vocal demo.
Here's the instrumental version.
Look for the final sometime this weekend.
Did I let the cat out of the bag with this?
Perhaps, but nothing like a free cat.
ps - I'm seriously considering ditching several amps and guitars; electronics is just so much more alive to me.
Good night.
