It's now 6:28 PM EDT on the 11th of February 2026 and I am practicing being a mute and am so sorrowful. 

One of the few things I had left that brought me comfort was football with Noah but it's very clear that 16 year old Noah enjoys gaming on his laptop way more than kicking a ball with me.

This makes me so sad. 

There is a group of old guys that play tues - thursday at 11 am during the winter and they have invited me, multiple times but they are co-ed and I just can't get myself to tackle grandma.

I do have a Sunday morning group, when they don't bring their daughters, the level is excellent -  but that's it, 1 morning a week if I am lucky.

It's just the studio and I am running out of input sources.

My b-day is in a few days but I am not sure I will be amongst the living, I am eating less and less in preparation. 

Enough moaner talk. Life is tough all over, especially once the thrill is gone.
