God is faithful.
This set was produced before and after an invigorating road race in the southern, sweltering, summer sun, 8 miles up against a chap who is probably 15 years younger than I.
He passed me on an incline, and I didn't know if I could match him - but then he gave out higher up on said incline, and I got him but instead of smirking I encouraged him to keep on and keep up.
He accepted said encouragement/challenge and the rest of the run thru the hills he was within ear shot, just behind me till he announced he had enough.
He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places.
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
I smiled and said next time - and Lord willing there will be a next time!
This set is like that, pushing the levels up, consuming attention spans - 3 Psalms, 3 instrumentals, all up and up.
