It's 8:43 AM EDT on the 31st of May 2026; 1st day of the week.

I have already gotten a nice lil' 4:08 mile run out, the fastest of the month but all the same, just be diligent.


The oven is preheating, when it gets to be 420 ℉, I'll split a dough ball, apply a layer of pure olive beaten into the white ceramic square, dice an onion and put half into the square, put the dough ball in, a bit onion on top, with a nice layer of moz and in 20 minutes the fugazza will be ready.

Rain is coming:












I seen the cloud on its way over, at least I was able to get the run out; my Sunday morning football club? It done went full blown co-ed; Viv, Haley and Beca done took my spot and I am sure the level is down.

God is faithful:








That's still a + and it's in the green. I will glorify the Lord as long as I have my being.
