I am well rested after having went to bed and gotten straight to sleep before 9PM, I was ready to go at 5 but stayed and rested then got up and showered; I am planning on adding a lap to my run; with each lap being 1.03 miles? Looks like each lap is actually 1.0125; mind you we are in the Piedmont, just south of the Appalachian mountains so I am not at full speed on the hills just yet but I could have went more laps, I wasn't gassed and since she had a 9:30 appointment it was nice and cool still.
