Showered and up at'em by 7:10 AM EDT on the 29th of May 2026.
I got good sleep but now I wish I would have stayed in bed a bit more; it's all about finding that right balance and I tend to grind more than rest but God is faithful!








The number is low but the + is high, God is good to me.
