It's currently 8:22 AM EDT on #mothersday2024 (Sunday the 12th of May) and I've already gotten some garden work in and ran my 3.52 miler; the higher incline direction.

I use cross walks as a speed ladder.

But vamos, enough of running; praise ye the LORD.
