7:04 AM EDT on the 12th of June and I am showered and full of the Holy Ghost, having had a great nights rest, he giveth his beloved sleep).
I went to bed at just after 10 and up bu just before 7, easily at least 8 hours - quality sleep too, no tossing and turning.
