It's confirmed, we are moving this weekend. We will have to pay 3x more rent but we've also been paying 3x less than market standard for a decade.
How I long for that blessing and now I releaise perhaps we had it and didn't even know it.
For the record I was always grateful for this house, but it's so shady and the mold is a bit much.
If you knap in the living room you get the nice natural gas leak level of sleep.

It's 8:43 AM EDT on the 13th of March 2026, 6th day of the week.
Those stats were what I was used to for months on end last year, that feels like my level or at least where my level was. I distinctly remember longing to get into the 3K+'s but now it's just good to see a day not in the teen beat.
