It's now 8:16 AM EDT on the 28th of Febuary 2025, I technically began Behold, we knew it not; at 6:31 PM EDT on the 27th but I spent most of the day thinking it was Friday so I over did the high output. 

I slept well needless to say.

My wife just pulled up, time to make the donuts!

It's now 1:00 PM EDT on the Friday last Thursday; the 27th and here I am back in studio after a 5+k, 25 keepie ups, 25 navy seal burpees and God only knows how much core work.

I nearly lost an entire day!
