It's now 7:51 AM EDT on the 12th of November 2024, we didn't play futbol last night so I wasn't able to find sleep till 11ish but I am sure I still had at least 7 hours of sleep last night.

All those burpees and crunches about 60+ minutes of calesthetics a day, 6 days a week without a release makes for difficulty to sleep but that was yesterday.

We also are now in the book of Revelation, today will be chapter 3. It's cliche to say this is an amazing book but whoa.
