That verse is the first time the word vanity is used in the King James Bible, as per biblegateway.com - I don't recall reading that word in the books of Moses but it is found in Job which could older than the books of Moses.
So much to love about the King James Bible.
I do believe it is the reason why English is the default language of the current world.
