This bit of joyful noise psyche rock was completed at 10:21AM EDT on the 22nd of March 2021 with a bit of soreness from so much physical labour; getting the garden ready for spring plus football plus 5+mile runs? And having just turned 50? God is renewing my youth as ye said he would.

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
