Moments of bliss and moments of distress in this piece, curated and produced at 1014 on the 19th of December 2018, just before my 3rd run of the week, 3rd in a row; 8miles on suburban sidewalks. Gotta get 'em in before the cold returns.

 The title in Arabic (an absolute visual fave language of mine)with the very Italo sounds? Perhaps a bit of geopolitical cliche bait.

This piece is perfect running companion, plenty of verses to meditate on; slap it into ye olde walkman and get moving!
