du repos employed a process where a nice jam was created after the morning run; starting with some time behind the drums; then a bass line, then some surfy twin wah wah; followed by a run on the vox organ and then the rhodes (see track 5).

Then that improv was chopped in maschine and made into beats; some using the native drums or some with the drums cut out and replayed on the brute.

The final product sounds very lofi/neo-psychedelia surfy boombap - easy and a good platform for some Psalms (got 2 of 'em a chapter of from the Gospel of Matthew on this one!).
