I know it's only the 6th day of the week but boy am I sore already! I've played 4 sessions of futbol (each over 90 minutes, twice on day 1 of this week) moved firewood, taken down vines, ran a 5k+, did hundreds of push ups and so many russian twists, gladiator squats and mountain climbers a plenty - but the rest day is tomorrow thank God for that, zero exercise mañana!

Today is the 21st of November, about 2 weeks ago? Miss Mandy, the landlord of the mens home next door, left a big ol' frozen turkey on our front porch, it was on the rest day and I saw her thru the front window and thru the bush walking over, I though she was going to leave some Andrew Jacksons under a planter for me cut her grass, I later opened the front door and there was the frozen 20lbs+ bird, God bless her.
