It was 7:07 AM EDT on Tuesday the first of July when I started this post.


This morning's work will be a composite of both chief corner stone and feeble folk songs and tracks.


Yesterday I had on my size XL Fluminense 2015 shirt and my 2020 Man City shorts.


God is faithful.




Praise ye the LORD.


Album FIN by 11:52 AM, now time for pull ups and isometric holds on the tree in the front yard, more calesthnics, then fresh baked Tuna on sourdough with munster queso et mijo.
