Noah and I got in 45 minutes of bench last night but never quite got to our number.

Bench: basically fùtbol tennis; we get a bleacher set it on the line and have 5 yards squared on either side and we get it over, and I volley it back with me head (he typically will let it bounce once which is allowed and return), it's a good ball mastery/first touch drill; we use his JBL Go 3 and stream these SoundCloud singles I keep posting, it's great fun and you really have to concentrate.

Turf pellets in me shower; all that rain made the pitch slick and those headers gave me extra volume.

Our current number is 67 but we have gotten 100+ a couple of times.

But now it's 8:54 AM EDT on the 27th, sun's coming out and it's supposed to get in the 70's.

Vamos.
